Air flotation filter integrated machine is mainly suitable for treating all kinds of wastewater with flocs proportion close to water after reaction. It is widely used in machinery, chemical industry, textile, transportation, food and other industries, especially suitable for oil field drilling sewage, oil field reinjection water and oil refinery sewage treatment. The main treatment process of the air flotation filter integrated machine adopts the physical and chemical method. The traditional mature processes such as chemical method, air flotation method and filtration adsorption method are designed through organic combination. It has the characteristics of simple and reasonable process, wide adaptability, compact structure, convenient transportation and installation, simple operation, stable and reliable performance. The oil-water separation, suspended solids, COD, BOD removal has a very good effect, the general wastewater after treatment can meet the discharge standards.
Equipment composition
The whole device of the air flotation filter integrated machine consists of sewage pump, metering device, dosing box, reaction tank, air flotation tank, air flotation system, sand filter, activated carbon adsorption column and electric control system. It is combined on the same base below 10 t/h and assembled on site above 10 t/h for convenient transportation. It can be designed according to user requirements (non-standard). When the whole device is adjusted to normal work, it can basically be in automatic operation state and easy to operate.
