Sf series super dissolved air floatation machine is made of steel. Its working principle is: air is pumped into a pressure tank and forcibly dissolved in water under a pressure of 0.5MPA. In the case of sudden release, the air dissolved in water precipitates to form a large number of dense micro-bubble groups. Suspended solids are adsorbed in the slow rising process, so that the density of suspended solids decreases and floats up, thus achieving the purpose of removing SS and CODCR. The product is suitable for petroleum, chemical, paper, leather, printing and dyeing, food, starch and other occasions to remove oil or suspended solids.
Equipment Features
The efficiency of air flotation treatment depends on the maximum absolute dry weight of floating particles that can float per unit volume of dissolved air and water, which is defined as the unit floating amount, which is an objective index to measure the quality of dissolved air. Air is a substance that is difficult to dissolve in water. The solubility of air in water under normal pressure is about 1.8, and the solubility can reach 5.4 under the pressure of 0.3Mpa. How to make these limited dissolved air fully play its role is the key to air floatation technology. Reducing the diameter of bubbles, increasing the density of bubbles and improving the uniformity of bubbles are the keys to improve the efficiency of air flotation, and the three are interrelated and mutually restricted. If a 100VM bubble becomes an equal volume 1VM bubble, its trace amount can reach 100. Therefore, under the premise of a certain total amount of dissolved air, reducing the diameter of a single bubble can increase the density of bubble groups, and the uniformity of bubble groups can also be improved. The diameter of microbubbles generated by this machine is about 1VM, the density is higher than 102/cm, and the bubble size is uniform, it ensures high processing efficiency and ideal processing effect.
