In the process of discharge, electrons obtain energy from the electric field, and the energy is converted into the internal energy or kinetic energy of pollutant molecules through collision. These molecules that obtain energy are excited or ionized to form active groups. At the same time, oxygen and moisture in the air can also produce a large number of new ecological hydrogen, ozone, hydroxyl oxygen and other active groups under the action of high-energy electrons, after these active groups collide with each other, a series of complex physical and chemical reactions are triggered. From the active group composition of the plasma, it can be seen that the plasma is rich in highly chemically active particles, such as electrons, ions, radicals and excited molecules. The pollutants in the exhaust gas react with these active groups with higher energy, and finally convert them into substances such as CO2 and H? O, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the exhaust gas.

Paint exhaust gas is produced on the painting workbench where the workpiece is painted. Most of the paint sprayed by high-pressure air remains on the workpiece, and the rest is brought out with the exhaust gas to form paint mist dust. The dust content is not high, the particle size is small, and most of them are below 10μm. The paint mist outside the box enters the paint mist purification treatment box under the suction of the fan. The gas-liquid separator performs gas-water separation. After separation, it walks into the box. In the process of walking, it encounters multi-stage filter plates. The paint mist and the filter plates are in full saturation contact. The particulate dust mist is adsorbed by the filter plate. The remaining clean exhaust gas is filtered through the mesh filter, then enter the activated carbon adsorption purification box, activated carbon purification box is the use of high efficiency adsorption material activated carbon adsorption of organic gas ability to purify the air. The activated carbon purification box is composed of air inlet, activated carbon filter section and air outlet section. Organic waste gas enters the box from the air inlet, and the purified standard exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere under the suction of the ventilator. The paint mist particles in the air adhere to the filter paper and will not be carried away with the airflow. The fireproof V-type paper filter adopts fireproof paper filter material, which has strong paint adsorption capacity, good continuous airflow stability, and smooth airflow, so as to ensure better spraying conditions and better surface quality control, spraying quality is higher. Low operating cost, longer service life, easy operation, easy installation, and environmentally friendly recycling. The second activated carbon and the third: the gas is powered by a fan, and positive or negative pressure enters the box body. due to unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or chemical bonding force on the solid surface of activated carbon, when the solid surface comes into contact with the gas, the gas molecules can be attracted, concentrated and kept on the solid surface, and the pollutants are adsorbed. the waste gas enters the dust discharge system of the equipment after passing through the filter, purified gas high-altitude emission standards.
